Australian bowlers Kane Richardson and Adam Zampa who were part of Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2021 are returning back to their home country due to personal reasons.

Adam Zampa didn’t get a chance to play in this IPL. Whereas Kane Richardson played only one match against Rajasthan Royals. In that match, Kane Richardson took one wicket in 3 overs and gave 29 runs.

As per the official statement from RCB both the players are pulling out of IPL 2021 due to personal reasons. The official handle of RCB tweeted,

“Adam Zampa & Kane Richardson are returning to Australia for personal reasons and will be unavailable for the remainder of IPL season. Royal Challengers Bangalore offers complete support to them in all the possible way we can.”

Earlier Indian star bowler Ravichandran Ashwin of Delhi Capitals also decided to pull out of IPL 2021 due to coronavirus crises. Before these two Australian players Andrew Tye of Rajasthan Royals also decide to end his IPL 2021 stint after citing personal reasons.

Royal Challengers Bangalore led by Captain Virat Kohli has won 4 matches out of 5 matches. They are now at number 3 with 8 points on Points Table. RCB’s next match is against Delhi Capitals at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on 27th April.
