5. Delhi Capitals
Oldest – Amit Mishra
The leg-spinner has been one of the most successful bowlers in the Indian Premier League. The flamboyant cricketer picked 157 wickets to his name to stay among the leading bowlers in the chart. Now, he enters IPL 2020 as the oldest player with 37 years.
The veteran of 19 seasons in the domestic circuit, Mishra’s international career has been as topsy-turvy as the Delhi’s team IPL sojourn over the years. Mishra conceded he is far from being satisfied with it but prefers to focus on taking Delhi Capitals all the way in the IPL.

Coincidentally, the youngest player of the team is also a leg-spinner. The 19-year old Sandeep Lamichhane is the youngest member of Delhi Capitals to enter IPL 2020. After having a brilliant season for Delhi in the previous edition, Sandeep will look to make things fall in place in the upcoming edition.
He impressed in his first two IPL seasons – picking up 13 wickets in 9 matches, at a strike-rate of 16.15. After IPL, he signed a contract for Melbourne Stars in Big Bash League.
