This all happened on the 4th ball of Umesh Yadav when Bairstow hammered the ball and bowler Umesh Yadav somehow got hands on this ball and the ball ended hitting the stumps on the non-striker’s end.

Sunrises Hyderabad captain David Warner opted to bowl first after winning the toss and asked Virat Kohli’s challengers to put a total on the board. RCB batting first put 163/5 on the board in 20 overs.

For Royal Challengers Bangalore debutante Devdutt Padikkal started his IPL with a fifty and scored 56 runs in 42 balls. AB De Villiers in the end scored some quick runs. He scored 51 runs in 30 balls with 4 fours and 2 sixes.

With fifty from these two players, RCB ended with 163/5 runs in 20 overs.
