South Africa veteran leg-spinner Imran Tahir announced his retirement plan. Imran Tahir has decided that he will retire from one-day internationals after the World Cup in England and Wales.
What about future?
However, Tahir said that he would like to continue playing in T20 International for South Africa. Tahir will be 40 years old on this 27th March.
CSA issued a statement on Monday, in which Tahir said that he would review his future as a freelance cricketer after the World Cup.

He said, “I want to play in the World Cup. I have decided to finish my one-day career in the World Cup and so I have a contract till then. After that cricket South Africa has allowed me to play in different leagues around the world, but I would like to play T20 cricket for South Africa.
Imran Tahir’s career so far!
Tahir has taken 156 wickets in 95 ODIs. He had played in 2011 and 2015 World Cup. Apart from this he also participated in the 2014 and 2016 T-20 World Cup tournaments.
